8th Grade Students in Washington D.C.

At the Airport
Kadima 8th grade students have a choice between two culminating trips - Israel or Washington D.C. The Washington D.C. trip ties into the 8th grade Social Studies curriculum and its emphasis on U.S. History. Students departed for Washington D.C. on Sunday morning and arrived safely by the afternoon where they met their tour guide, Justin Hillman. After checking into their hotel, they enjoyed dinner and a night tour of Washington's illuminated Monuments and Memorials.  Monday morning started with a Metro ride and a visit to the International Spy Museum, the National Archives and the National Museum of History.
